Allied Health
Allied health consists of a team of health professionals working closely with our medical specialists and nursing team to provide co-ordinated, inter-disciplinary patient care to meet the individual needs of our patients.
The allied health team contributes to clinical care in the treatment and prevention of disorders and diseases, clinical research and education.

Day Surgery
Toronto Private Hospital’s day surgery (short stay) facilities are designed to provide a comfortable environment where you can have your procedure and return home on the same day.
Our day surgery patients are cared for by dedicated nursing and medical staff who are experienced in dealing with the particular requirements of day surgery procedures. The full resources of the hospital are available as needed.

Dental Surgery
There are a number of dentists who are accredited to perform dental procedures at our hospital.
Dermatology
Lake Macquarie Dermatology is located in Suite 6 of Medical Centre II and provides expert care for all skin related problems, as well as professional advice on maintaining and improving skin health and appearance.

DVA Patients
Toronto Private is a Tier 1 provider for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA). DVA patients are very welcome and we have a veterans’ liaison officer who provides support and assistant to our DVA patients.
