Town Square Pharmacy provides pharmacy services for inpatient services at the hospital. Accounts received from Town Square Pharmacy can be paid direct to the pharmacy - located in Toronto Shopping Centre - or by mail.

There are two florists and a newsagent in the nearby Toronto Shopping Centre. Newspapers are purchased by the hospital each day and are available for the patients’ use.

There is a Coffee Shop located in the front foyer of the hospital. The shop is run by volunteers and raises funds for the Red Cross. Lunch and light refreshments can be purchased. Volunteers take a trolley to the patients for purchase of magazines and sweets.

Please assist by making or confirming your booking with us at least seven days prior to your admission where possible.

Fasting means nothing to eat or drink, including water, chewing gum or sucking lollies. You should check whether you need to take your medication prior to going to theatre.

Please bring your Medicare card, health fund membership details, DVA card, pension card, referral / admission papers, relevant x-rays, scans, test results, safety net number and prescriptions for current medications.

We have a combination of private and shared rooms.

Every effort will be made to provide you with your accommodation preference. However, please understand that in certain circumstances of high activity, emergency admissions or fund cover, it may be necessary to admit you to a shared room.
