This ensures that patients maintaining health insurance with these funds can be provided with a personalised estimate of expected costs and relevant health fund rebate prior to their admission and no "out of pocket" costs depending on their level of health insurance coverage.

Patients who are self-insured, i.e., without health insurance coverage, may also find that hospitalisation at Toronto Private Hospital is an affordable alternative to a public hospital admission.
